In 2019 Michael's sketch trio, Crybabies, were nominated for Best Newcomer at the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Awards. Their smash hit follow up, Bagbeard, received a host of 5-star reviews and transferred to London in 2023. As an actor he has starred in numerous shows for television, recently joining the main cast of Joe Cornish's Netflix series Lockwood & Co. Together with Crybabies, he currently has a number of writing projects in development, including an animated series with Threewise Entertainment.
